Makes the laws and makes changes to the laws. City council and county community for local. Congress ( the house of represenitives and the senators ) for the state and national/fedral. The judicial branches roles and responsibilities are to interpret the laws. The person is the municapul court is in charge of the local level, the Georgia surpreme court is in charge of the state level, THE surpreme court is in charge of the national/ fedral level. MA
